School Council
Each Year St Michael's Primary School appoints two School Councillors from each class and two Class Ambassadors.
School Councillors
The school council responsibilities are:
- Organising events across the school including: Children in Need and Comic Relief
- Looking at how St Michael's can work to improve our environmental impact
- Choosing the outside equipment
- Feeding back what is planned within their classes
School Ambassadors
The ambassadors are responsible for:
- Talking to parents and visitors about what is going on in their class
- The Year 6 ambassadors accompany parents on school tours
Year 5&6 School Helpers
The helpers are responsible for:
- Supporting younger children in the playground and at lunchtime
- Looking after the school grounds and equipment
