School Uniform

Introduction 

We expect children to be smart, presentable and to wear school uniform at all times. Please check the information below for full details of acceptable clothing depending on the weather and season.   We request that all uniform is labelled with your child’s name.

Pupils should wear a white polo shirt, shirt or blouse under a red cardigan or sweatshirt.   

They should also wear either tailored shorts or trousers, a skirt or a dress, all of which can be black or grey.  Dresses may also be red gingham.   

Pupils should also wear either socks, tights or leggings, all of which can be white, black or grey. Other than plain stud earrings, jewellery is not permitted.  Pupils in Year 6 should wear a school tie.  Shoes should be black.  Trainers are not permitted.

Book Bags and PE Kit Bags can be purchased from the school office.

Our uniform supplier Sumo Sams is a local family run business based at 20 Hildens Drive, Tilehurst, RG31 5HU. Uniform can be purchased in store and online using the following link  https://www.tilehurstschoolwear.co.uk/st-michaels-primary-school-59-c.asp.  

Delivery and Charges

During term time, orders are delivered to school free of charge, orders will be sent through to your child's class to bring home.  (Please remember to specify your child's class and year group when ordering)

These are available from St Michaels School. Please speak to the School Office to order.
