Extra-Curricular School Clubs for Autumn Term 1 2025

Dear Parent/Carers,

This term we will be running after school activity clubs, please refer to the timetable on the next page for more details of times, dates and the club organiser. Please keep the timetable handy as clubs do not all begin or end on the same week, apply to different year groups and differ in length.

Clubs have been set up on WEDUC Forms, please log in to WEDUC, select forms, available forms and Afterschool Activity Clubs to request a club, bookings will go live on Thursday 11th September at 4pm.

Please note that from this year, some afterschool clubs at St Michael’s will include a small charge payable directly to the school: £5 per session for all uSports coaching clubs* and £7 per session for the new African drumming club. Other clubs such as Drama and Kickboxing will continue to be booked and paid for online directly with their organisers as usual.
You will receive a message stating if your child has a space on the club by the end of the week. If your child has been successfully booked on to a uSports club we will be in contact regarding payment.

If you are wanting an additional club please email admin@stmichaels.reading.sch.uk and we will contact you if a space is available. Should your child miss 2 or more sessions, we will remove them from the club and offer the space to the child next on the waiting list. Please also note that if a club has the attendance rate of less than half of the number of places available, it will be cancelled and parents informed.

*Please note that any uSports clubs will be paid for by the school for families in receipt of Pupil Premium funding.
